Sneezing Ewes and Lambs

Hi
Am new to keeping sheep this year having bought 4 ewes with lambs at foot earlier this year. Lambs were weaned at 12 weeks and we kept the ewes and lambs apart for 5 weeks to dry off but due to grazing shortage we’ve put them back in together 2 days ago.

Since I put them in I noticed one ewe yesterday was sneezing occasionally but having gone to check on them a couple times today I noticed 2 of the ewes and 3-4 lambs sneezing occasionally as well. I know it’s been particularly hot and quite dusty the last couple days but having not come across sneezing sheep before I was worried might be something I need to treat?

Any advice please will be much appreciated. Two of the lambs are almost at finishing weight so I’m wanting to treat them so they don’t lose condition, currently looking very well conditioned
