Just got my first two pigs a few weeks ago!  Got some converted "city kids" that will be 4H kids before too long!  Looking for advice and tips on raising backyard pigs and other livestock (may add goats to our mix, if pigs go well).

Hi HobgoblinCA, welcome to TAS.
You don't say where you are from, but I'm assuming your are from the USA and California. If so, great to have American cousins joining the forum.  (If I'm wrong, may we know where you are otherwise from ?)

Unfortunately I know nothing about pigs (or goats etc):  I just wanted to say hello.  I'm sure a member who does know about pigs (or goats etc) will come along shortly.

Perhaps HobgoblinCA has been eaten by his pigs.

Pigs haven't eaten me (yet)!  Thanks for the welcome, and I am from Northern California (USA).  I didn't realize most of you were UK-based - very exciting.
