Metacam and a long acting antibiotic if it’s broken the skin

AS twizzle says  ,the long acting ab is important . As a quick short term painkiller you can use Asprin ( please google it before everyone says you can't  )

I used metacam and moved it to a smaller paddock to rub udder cream on the wound to keep the skin hydrated as it started to dry out
