Llanwenog Fleeces available
« on: June 06, 2019, 08:39:42 pm »
Hi All

That time of year again.  My sheep have just been shorn so fleeces available for all you folk handy with the  :spin:

£16 includes p&p

a review form 2017..... I bought one of Linda’s fleeces last year. It’s beautiful, one of my favourites. Deb Robson has good things to say about Llanwenog in her Fleece and Fiber Sourcebook and she’s right, a very under-appreciated breed. I’m combing for fine worsted spinning and it’s beautiful, but I think it could also make a lovely woollen yarn.
The fleece I received from Linda was very nice, well-skirted and not a lot of VM (it’s a sheep, there will always be some!).
No commercial affiliation, just a very satisfied customer and I wanted to let people know so Linda will be able to continue providing these really wonderful fleeces.
Really, really, really, you have to try Llanwenog. It’s just so lovely.
Linda

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.
