New to lambing
« on: February 17, 2019, 04:02:04 pm »
Hello.
I acquired two ped texel ewes in lamb back in January. They are due in February/March time.
I’ve attached some pics taken today. They appear, to me, to be quite close to lambing, but I am inexperienced.
If you can have a look at the photos and give me your opinion on timing? Thanks

belly size isn't really an indicator of anything (if it did one of mine due end March should have lambed last week! …. look for enlarged/pinkened vulva and any attempt to wander off on own.

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

The picture of the rear end suggests some time in march rather than feb
