A neighbour has just had the sad job of clearing out her mother's house and has the following items for sale. If you are interested in anything then I will pass all enquiries on to her. She hasn't got any photo as yet but I will suggest she takes some. I have put prices where we were able to be fairly sure of value.

Ashford spinning wheel (probably traditional but I haven't actually seen this)
Jumbo flyer and bobbins for ashford wheel
Drum carder (Barnett) £200
Niddy noddy £5
Lazy Kate + bobbins £20
Wooden Swift (looks new) £40
Ashford spinning chair, excellent condition £100

We are on the border of Herefordshire and Wales.

It's all stuff I have but I thought it might be worth finding your local spinning and weaving guild and getting word around the members.

Thanks for your advice. I have spoken to the secretary of my guild and she has suggested that I take a list with photos to the guild meeting on Saturday so may have some luck there.
