Looks like lords-and-ladies Izzy- seems there are an awful lot of names for the same plant. Ours are coming up now- the red berries on a stalk arrive much later usually. The leaves here are variegated rather than plain, but photos I've seen show plain leaves as yours. Perhaps its early arrival is due to the unseasonably warm weather?

It looks like Arum Lilly to me, I have loads growing in a sheltered spot at the moment too.

Could be Lords & Ladies, or Arum Lily... not sure if either/both are poisonous, but I think so...
