Title: Beetroot Cake

Very easy - just throw it all in the mixer!
My hubby hates beetroot with a vengeance, but I gave him a slice of this without telling him what it was - 2 slices later he asked what was in it!  ;D

Really moist and yummy!

that sounds lovely!

i made beetroot and red tai soup, served with a dollop of cream cheese in, was yummy!
