Title: Cool packs
Post by: Welshlad on June 10, 2018, 09:52:11 am
Looking to purchase some cool packs to place in meat boxes to keep the temperature between collecting from butcher to delivery a few hours later

What have you used?

We get sorbafreeze with our woolcool boxes, it comes in little sections but you can buy rolls of it direct to make larger sections. You rehydrate it and then freeze it. I reuse it in my big coolboxes for farmers markets and when they're a bit tatty you can thaw them leave them to dehydrate naturally and then they take up no space in the landfill bin.

Wet, frozen newspaper.
