For the first time we decided to sell some of our lambs (boxed halves) as opposed to scoffing the lot ourselves. This meant going down a more professional route and using a cutter not butchering on our kitchen table which is what has happened in the past.
Extremely pleased to have used the services of Palfrey & Hall in Suffolk, all cuts vac packed, labelled and blast frozen for a reasonable price - happy to highly recommend to anyone in need of this type of service :thumbsup:
