Well - hubby has made some cheese and we have it stored away now to mature.
It is wrapped loosely in muslin and we are turning it every day.
We have noticed that the outside of the cheese is growing little mouldy spots.
I think this is normal really. Doesn't mould make the rind??
Any advice would be most welcome.
