Now this conjours up in my mind ready. Ready Hog = Pig = MP's = Roast any the alligators have left behind.Can you visualise the now Lord Thug on a spit with an apple in his mouth being turned over the glowing embers.Bags I have first turn of the handle. :o :farmer:

hey pal how is it going, i hope all is well.
my parents were over in the beautifull county of gallway last week they love the place,
as said how is things anyway? you  are still welcome for a stay with us during the holidays with us ;)

Looks delicious but such a lot of work for a pig roast.

Great slideshow! Always wanted to do a pit pig, but as HM says it's a ton of work so I always end up doing them on a spit over an open fire. The downside is they need more cooking attention.
