Post by: Roxy on July 20, 2010, 06:21:40 pm
Just remembered some of us sent off for free trees - choice of rowan silver birch and something else?  When was it and when is delivery - later in the year?  Can't even remember who is sending the tree!!!

Thank you.  After racking my brains, I did recall it was a toilet roll company ....but not which one.  I  am usually so careful about writing things down. Probably have ....somewhere.

Not just me then!!  I always prided myself on being blessed with a good memory, but with so much going on, my memory has been shocking lately.  Yesterday, for example, I forgot where I had put my mobile phone.  Hunted high and low,. Finally rang it on my landline ....and lo and behold, it rang.  Where was it?  In the pocket of my trousers where I had put it.  The other day, I went to the fridge to get some milk.  Could I find the cup of tea it was to go in?  Yep, there it was on the shelf in the fridge!!

I do that sort of thing now!  (I'm 28, my nana lived to the age of 92, so I could be a long time forgetting!!!)

My excuse is I've ALWAYS had a bad memory - that's why I couldn't pass my exams ;)

Had an email from velvet saying they will be send out September or October.  Not sure if we will be here by then - will definitely have moved out, as the auction will be taking place soon.
