Based near RAF cosford,my mother runs a wholesale fruit and veg firm Which produces ready prepared vegetables,as a result of this a lot of potato,carrot, parsnip,peelings and cabbage and cauliflower stalks are produced.i used to feed it to my own pigs however they have gone now ,if there is anyone local who can collect it at least twice a week it would be great to see it used and not go to waste.it is just veg peelings and nothing else so no chance of meat contamination and was given the ok by deffra,if you are interested please message me ,thanks Paul.
