This is a complete long shot, but has anyone got a copy of the Preserves and pickles Recipe book by Heather Lambert. All I want is the recipe for pickled melon. We have done this many times and love it, but I cannot find my book. I know I can buy it on Amazon for £2.70, but or just 1 recipe? I thought this was worth a go. Thanks so much in advance . Liz

Sorry had a god look in our extensive range of books ...nothing other then melon & strawberry jam/ conserve .
It sounds interesting ... fancy sharing it on the thread when you find it or putting up what you know ... Just in case it's in some of the "American Ball & blue preserves " centenary edition or canning for dummies sort of books .
