Post by: Tracy mayoh on August 18, 2017, 12:23:11 pm
Could someone tell me if I should of heard something from planning department by now?
Last I heard was weeks ago were they said I had to write a letter explaining why I feel the shelter/stable supports agricultural purposes but I never got a reply apart from thanks for the letter
This is the planning dates section attached

Looks like the Statutory Consultation deadline is today so no I wouldn't think you'll have heard anything yet.

How long do you think would be reasonable they told me they were aiming for today x

I don't know. the planning department should have a timescale they adhere to. For example our parish council are having an extra meeting next week to discuss a consultation, which wouldn't wait until the September meeting, because the planning authority would have been outside their timescale to deal with the application.

They would be the best ones to talk to.  :fc:
