So I have the chance of some more land, I've looked on DEFRA for this answer but seem to be going around in circles.
It is within 5 miles of my farm, so do I need to register the other plots under my CPH with the APHA?
Any help appreciated.

I don't think you have to but to me it would make sense to.
When I spoke to Eid (Wales) about it they said there was no need to submit a licence because the sheep weren't changing ownership, were within 10 miles of the farm and my sheep were the only sheep at the other holding. They said to note on my flock register which sheep were at each location.
It seems a bit silly to me as if I took my sheep somewhere from the other farm the departure CPH wouldn't have any sheep/flock number registered there??
