We've decided to take the plunge and run a "Small scale cattle keeping course" here at TAS HQ. It will be on Sunday 13th August, starting at 9am. We'll go through our set up here, including milking, Dan will do a session an his cheese making activities and our vet will give a talk about cattle health and welfare. We're limiting numbers to a maximum of six people; because it's the first time we've run it, the course fee will be £70 incl VAT. If you are interested, email me rosemary@tas.re
