hi  I ve got a 135 it had no link retraining brackets so I ve got the new parts to fit
can some one advise ,do the pins face towards or away from the inside of the back wheels?

not sure which bits you are talking about.  Post a picture of the bits and I should be able to help.

I   've tried  to attach a pic but to no avail  what I 've got is the two stabiliser brackets that  fit on the underside of  the rear axle  they are to secure a bar from there to the end of the link arm to stop  lateral  motion  of implements
Each bracket has a pin  to attach the bar to.. so do the pins  face away from or towards the inner rear wheels
Hope is better explained

I dont think it matters but why not google pictures and use the most common way.

Agreed. So long as it isn't going to catch on anything when the linkage moves, then can't see it's going to make any difference.
