Hi,
Its time to get my shed emptied out -I have the following hay for sale.
Approx. 75 bales of old soft meadow hay . £ 0.75 per bale.
Approx. 150 bales of old hay from newish seeds –coarser consistency £0.75 per bale.
Approx. 150 bales of year old hay , £1.00 bale.
There was no fert applied to the fields before the cropping of this, so it isn’t the richest of hay therefore probably not suited to sheep (so im told), but will no doubt suit someone for something. It was all baled dry in good conditions.
The price is low to reflect the standard of the crop and because I just want my shed clearing. Im quite happy for genuine prospective purchasers to come and view the hay and take an odd bale to see if it will suit their needs and will not take offence if you decide its not for you. (im no expert in hay, its here and its forsale !)
At these prices its cheaper than straw- use it as bedding.
We are at Streetlam near Danby Wiske- picture atached
