Title: gamebird rearing, through to killing and dressing?

Hi
Could anyone point me to a book which would cover how to rear gamebirds from hatching them to killing and dressing them for the table please?

Hey wbf!

Well done on selling the buffalo BTW!  I kept seeing the adverts on my feed.

One question for you on the game Bird thing... do you actually like the taste? It's  the for everyone.

That aside, in terms for dressing and all that, there are a whole pile of YouTube vids of you search... they'll show you the full on method, and the quick and dirty method (standing on the wings).

Thanks for that [member=7747]farmershort[/member]  will certainly check them out. Really interested in breeding my own gamebirds, once flu has passed from UK, for the table. I hear they're quite easy to rear, but wanted to research prior to doing anything.
