Title: Chicken and Ham pie

Anyone got a nice recipe?  Nothing fancy just simple

I just make a white sauce and then put in what I want. For dinner tomorrow we have turkey and mushroom in the sauce under some puff pastry.

Finely chop some leeks, soften in butter if olive oil, add to your white sauce,
Or a little white wine and tarragon in the white sauce, top with either some creamy mashed potato or puff pastry.
