Has anyone got a simple recipe for making goats cheese please.

Not made cheese before

Soft or hard? I started with a small  kit for soft cheese,gives you two options. If you want to make hard cheese there is a book by Rikki Carrol that seems to be good. It must be, because mine turned out ok :roflanim:

Thank you for that,was thinking of starting with soft cheese as don't have the facility's for storing hard cheese :wave:

I made a few batches, some turned out too salty because the cheese didn't seem dry rnough to store so i rubbed more salt in. Big mistake but it sustitutes for parmesan. Girls are dried up now and expecting so hope to get back to it in the summer
