Title: Do existing hardcore tracks count in the 465sq m barn area

Can anyone tell me whether existing hardcore tracks on agricultural land need to be included in the maximum area of 465 Sq m for building a proposed agricultural barn?

no, unless it came from a prior notification in the last 2 years i believe

I've never applied for planning on the tracks leading to any barn built under prior notification.

new tracks would be included as part of the 465sqm but existing ones are not
