No lass it's a bit far from here and WE will not be going to the Lincolnshire Show either Tickets are £16.20p each Thats £32.40 entry CAR PARKING FREE  Petrol to and from a wad and a cuppa thats just blew £50+ or if you like fifty quid minimum I can think of better things for 50 quid
so I will find other things. The Lincs Show is always the last Wednesday and Thursday in June so its 23rd and 24th this year Its Brocklesby Country Fair on 27th June Heckington Agri: Show 24/5 July and clashes with the Steam Rally at Winterton its Reevesby Country Fair on the 1st of August. The Lincolnshire Steam Rally is on the Show Ground at North Carlton on 21/2 August. Then it will be time for the Ploughing Matches and cooler weather I hope :D :farmer:

We would love to go this year but are going to have to give it a miss while we have the roofers and renderers on site - however next year we can go knowing that we have finished our build  ;D
Our immediate neighbour will be going, his family have been farming here for at least the last 200 years and the show is an absolute must on their calendar.

RHS is £22 each this year. Kids are free, though. Plus parking. Their website's rubish though - I've tried three times to buy on-line and it doesn't work.

I take that back - it worked fine. Mind you, tickets are £20 in advance and £22 on the day, but there's a £2 booking fee in advance. I suppose we won't have to queue though.

depends on the weather - if it's a beautiful, hot sunny day as it has been then no, couldn't face the crowds and can find plenty to do here. However. . . if it's dry but dull, then I probably will as i found the bee keeping tent very useful last year. I'm all set up with my two hives now - just waiting for a swarm!

All these shows sound wonderful but i'm afraid everything is on hold this year because of the world cup.

Only until England get knocked out, so it might not be too long  ;D
