Title: Kaiserschmarren

I was mowing round the young plum trees and they have more on than I expected... so for anyone that doesn't know Kaiserschmarren or Kaiserschmarrn it's worth looking at recipes in anticipation.. classically served with stewed plums or plum jam

We always used to make it when the pancake broke while trying to turn it...  :D
