Title: Wanting smallholding

Hi all, we are looking for a smallholding in the areas of Wet/East Sussex, Surrey or even Kent, anyone want to sell up to 20acress please let us know or which website is best to look on or know anyone selling, would be great if there is some woodland on the land too.
