Well I have been looking at the wrong back end for the last month or so! Balquhidder Orchid, pd to calve next month, produced a lovely little bull calf this morning! (By St Trinnian's lucky seven) I was so surprised as I had been scratching her earlier while she was lying down, they all were, to get a phone call a couple of hours later to say she had calved. By the time I got to her he was up and feeding. Just the best most magical, miraculous sight.
