Hi all!!
Looking forward to chatting to you all and joining the journey, I am in the middle of purchasing a a conversion project with 2 acres, am so excited  as new to any type of farming :) :)

Hi and welcome to the forum from a very windy and cold Mid Wales :wave: It all sounds rather exciting. Looking forward to hearing how everything goes! Thanks all sorry for late reply didn't get any notifications that I had messages .. just try to work out the planning permission side at the moment  (what a headache) permitted development is a nightmare  also the council are asking for a plan to be put forward for landscaping so trying to make pretty but also have usable land is hard work!! Any advice would be great thanks :)
