Title: Shetland Sheep Society Event 10th March, Dornoch
Post by: Rosemary on February 29, 2016, 11:09:23 am
As an adjunct to Dornoch Fibre Fest (12th and 13th March), a member of the Shetland Sheep Society is putting on an event at Dornoch Social Club on 10th March. It is open to all, not just society members and is free (donations to help with the hall costs will be welcome).

The day includes a talk on sheep health by Fiona Bannerman from SAC, a soup and sandwich lunch, then on to Meadows Park for a demo of sheep handling at shows and ram inspections, with Kate Sharp and Allan Hills

At 7pm, Rena Douglas will be giving a talk on "Shetland Sheep across the pond"
