Just discovered my breeding gilt is due her Ery vac. Had a look on line and the products seem endless.
Any suggestions?

We used porcilis ery from intervet and it worked well.

chances are they all use the same chemical, but we also use porcillis ery

Me too - unfortunately smallest bottle is 50ml and unlike lots of meds it's a standard 2ml per pig regardless of size. But thankfully it's not super pricey and well worth it (speaks someone who's had 2 with Erysipelas). I get mine from York Vey Supplies online.

Porcillis Ery for us too

I got our vet to do ours, a combined Porcine Parvovirus and Erysipelas vaccine, Porcillis Ery. Fortunately, he has several clients with pigs so had the vaccine on hand - which worked out much cheaper for me as I didn't have to buy a large quantity of vaccine, the vet also did it as part of his rounds so just charged for the actual mileage to my place and no special callout fee.

Phoned the vet to put some out for me and he recommended Ery/ Parvo. I couldnt get any drawn off so will have to buy a bottle but as I need Hep P +, Metacam and Betamox in time for lambing the price will hidden in my sheep costs. Good job really as the sheep are the only livestock earning any money at the mo. ::)
