About 4kg for a male and 2.5kg for females. These are for eating. Aim to get a 6lb carcass off a male.

When we kept Muscovies, they went in the freezer the day they started the gang rapes, irrespective of weight.

just weighed my muscovys i was unsure about sex but i think i can confirm by the weights that they are probably drakes they where all around the 11lb mark (4.1kg) at a guess there age will be around 20 weeks,  so now i intend to finish them,
they are on layers pellet at minute is it worth moving them to wheat, and how long should i do that for
i was thinking about 2 weeks
cheers

I am going to finish mine on organic broiler mix! A friend did this last year and the ducks really attained great weights!
