Title: Small farm, outbuildings and half-finished cottage for sale

Hello, We are selling our place, Achray Farm at Brig o Turk, Callander.  We have a 5 bedroom house, 7 acres and a range of outbuildings. We also have a part-finished 2 bed cottage 300m from the main house. We rent two large parcels of rough grazing from the Forestry Commission that would likely be available to a new purchaser.

The house was derelict when we bought it, we've extended it and done a lot of work but it will still need some DIY to really finish. There is a watertight barn, another that lost its roof in a storm, two Saltire Stable/tackroom combos, a small workshop and another derelict cottage with lapsed planning permission. As above, there is another cottage that's completed to the stage of being watertight, new roof, windows etc but needs finishing inside. 400m of riverbank with fishing rights. This is a project you can walk into and live with but needs taking forward by someone with the drive to complete it.

Lovely setting, and you have got the house lovely.  In fact, its my sort of house.  I am sure a buyer will be along soon.

Still on the market, had half a dozen viewings but no solid offers yet....

Willing to discuss selling the farmland & house on their own, without the part-finished Cottage, which would bring the cost down.

stunning place and is that a pietrain I see? Hope you sell it, if I had spare cash I would consider it. Have you tried zoopla?
