Sale was busy ,café heaving all day and never got near.Sheep that I saw sell were good prices.Plenty of breed choice but a few not turning up which is a pity for folk that make a journey to buy a type.My Icelandic females all sold to one buyer down in Whitby north yorksire, and quite a few rams sold.Vallais black nose female made £3800 ,and a 4 year old mule carrying twin vallais embryo lambs made £4000,wow !

I guess they will be like alpaca, eventually there will be plenty around and price will drop. These sheep arnt that good for meat and their wool is quite coarse,so carpet wool.so apart from the cute factor they are dear sheep! At the end of the day you can still find them legs up no matter what they cost,i think at that price tho id want them insured x
