the above link has loads of information , books recipes etc. I haven't checked all of the items on the link , but the ones I have checked worked fine. I thought there is some very interesting stuff on there , I hope it is of some interest to others too.

Try www.stuart-hmaltd.com for about 40 titles on English food pre 1660 and they also sell the period varieties of fruit etc for the recipies.

yes ... thats where they made the tv series 'Tales From the Green Valley'....with Stuart Peachey and co , living the life of 17th century people , or at least an interpretation of it . Got the book and the dvd of the whole thing , great stuff .....it never ceases to calm me down after a day of everything going wrong , sit down and watch TFTGV....the world is all nice again....
