TRADITIONAL YORKSHIRE HAM
CURED IN SALT AND BROWN SUGAR FOR 21 DAYS
AIR DRIED FOR OVER 6 MONTHS
APROX WEIGHT WHOLE HAM 10 KG
BONE OUT WEIGHT 7 KG

THE YORKSHIRE HAMS ARE CURED IN SALT AND BROWN SUGAR FOR 21 DAYS, THEN THE HAMS ARE NATURALLY AIR DRIED FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS
YOU CAN BUY THE HAMS EITHER WHOLE BONE IN THEN JOINT THEM AND STEAK THEM YOUR SELF THE OLD FASHIONED WAY .
 OR IF YOU PREFER I WILL BONE THE HAM OUT AND JOINT & OR STEAK IT HOW EVER YOU LIKE.
ALL THE HAMS WILL BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAYS BY PARCEL FORCE, AND BY 12 NOON, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS IN TO SIGN  FOR YOUR HAM

 OR COLLECT YOUR HAM IN PERSON FROM EGTON ABATTOIR NR WHITBY NORTH YORKSHIRE.
THE YORKSHIRE HAM MAKES A IDEAL PRESENT ALL THE FAMILY

I will be able to send smaller quantities of the Yorkshire ham 900g (aprox) sliced. I will send by 1st class post in vacuumed sealed bags.

I Cure all the hams and  air dry them for 6 months

Still a few  Yorkshire hams left , so discount price now of £70 each plus P&P  please email me or give me a ring
