Title: Clyde is saved from "The Ring"
Post by: Rosemary on February 14, 2015, 07:40:11 pm
Absolutely delighted that Clyde has been sold to a breeding herd. When he's weaned in October, he'll be heading off to Wales. So his Sunday tomorrow will be far, far better than it could have been

That is good news - always great if a bull calf with potential can be kept whole.

I always feel a bit guilty when the rings go on the little chaps - seems a shame, but can't keep all of them entire.

Perhaps other Shetland breeders should try the 'time-limited' offer for their good bull calves - might make life a litte simpler.
