Title: butchering meat
Post by: devonlady on December 16, 2014, 11:31:02 am
Google Scott Rea (the ultimate butcher) for an amazing series of how to butcher meat. I watched "how to butcher a lamb" but had to watch it twice, the first time I couldn't concentrate... I was too worried for his fingers :o

I love Scott Rea! I have that lamb video saved on my computer! The pig one is good too. They're always the 'go to videos' when I'm on a youtube binge. He's got some good recipe videos too. I'm looking forward to making some of his homemade burgers!
 :yum:

They are really handy videos. We have recently got a telly setup that you can watch You tube on but my teenagers wont let me put butchery videos on. (so i put Bedknobs and broomsticks on instead!)

Me thinks you need the real thing  ;D mind I guess for those people who are far away, or looking for advice and information then the video's are a great way of learning the basics..... and more.
