heya guys I was listening to radio 4 earlier and they mentioned this dish, so I looked for the recipe and bingo I found a recipe for it!

It does sound good but I know my fussy OH wouldn't eat it. He's a traditional British grub sort of man and gets more so as he gets older. He will eat rice but nothing remotely spicy.
