Title: Bowmont Sheep
Post by: Ruralgirl on October 21, 2014, 12:45:27 am
BOWMONT SHEEP -  I would like to get in touch with other Bowmont sheep breeders preferably in Scotland, but it would be interesting to hear from any breeders, anywhere! The main reason for my post is to hopefully buy some breeding stock because they are proving difficult to acquire. However, even sharing information and comparing notes would be great. Thanks.

As well as TAS, it might be worth putting out feelers on Ravelry.  People sell Bowmont fleeces on there...

Try UK Fleeece People (http://www.ravelry.com/groups/the-uk-fleeeece-people) in the first instance.

It's a long way from you, but morri2 has just posted a Bowmont ram for sale  (http://www.accidentalsmallholder.net/forum/index.php?topic=52748.msg451928#msg451928)in Wales.
