Title: Looking for a smallholding

Hi all, I am looking for a smallholding and running out of time. I can go up to £300,00 or so and can take any place on but need flat land or as near to. I also require a large outbuilding or more. Anyone know of anything?

Sorry, I am looking most of UK below say Yorkshire Southwards. So Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire,Wales, Devon, Somerset etc etc.
