We have a 3 bed semi cottage with 2/3 acre including 2 stables and a paddock, fully fenced pig area, fruit trees, double garage, conservatory, outhouse and 3 sheds, kennel and a chicken shed. Stables and sheds have runs for exercise / bad weather. Excellent access to M62 / M18 East Yorkshire. Local field 1.5acre with water and shelter probably available to rent within 1/2 mile of house too. Plenty of fishing ponds / lakes and riverside walks / rides close by too. Village location with good amenities and lovely country views. Currently used to rear goats. Please PM if interested - will sort pictures in due course.
