Title: Marans cockerel with white stripe on face

I've got some copper marans about 22 weeks and just about to go in the freezer. I noticed this morning that one of them has white bands from his beak to the back of his head and down towards his wattles. The house is clean and has been done for mite as best I can. They have plenty of food and fresh water. He's got his beak open a bit as well.

Any ideas?
