Title: pigs and bread
Post by: shotblastuk on July 31, 2014, 09:28:57 pm
Your opinions please.
I have a potentially regular supply of organic bread for nothing, would this be ok to feed in small amounts to my two sows. They won't be going into the food chain and the bread is only two days old at the most. It is baked with minimal salt content.
Could this cause any problems health wise excluding obesity which I am aware of.
Look forward to your responses.

Its still illegal to feed waste to pigs.  Hens would enjoy it though!
