Carnwath a small show but very friendly, we had a great day Katie my daughter with here lurcher got reserve champ and champion pet in the dog show her and Kye the lurchers first outing. I got a few cards for my banties, weather was scorching with some heavy rain late on which cooled things down. Will be back next year as poultry classes suit my breeds and we will have to return Katie cup.

I have never been so relieved to be allowed to take my sheep home, it was sweltering.  Felt sorry for the sheep who had no water - I guess they belonged to people who woke up to a dull day at home, mine certainly drank plenty.   Everyone very much appreciated the show committee making the decision, it must have been a tricky one for them as the sheep lines are always heaving with visitors looking at the sheep in the afternoon, but it was the right call.
