Sorry me again - yet another question! Have a tamworth x duroc boar well we are not sure now as he appears to have the part needed underneath lol but no 'balls' plus he has nipples. He is definitely showing signs of being up for it but as we have GOS piglets of only 8 weeks who have very obvious balls we are now doubting this tamworth. Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks
Nicki

No idea, are you sure its just not the cold weather that they dont appear. All pigs have nipples like humans.

Except more of them ;D

which is good as Daisy gave birth to 10 on Sunday ;D

Congratulations to you and Daisy! That's a good sized litter, is it not? Are they all well?

10 wow congrats.
Had a good look at the boar today cant see a thing - how come we can clearly see the balls of two month old glos and not on a boar of 8 months - does it mean that he has been castrated or am I being really thick lol!
Thanks again

If he has been castrated there will be no sign of his 'sack'. It sort of shrivels back so all you see is his anus. If he has the sack then the balls should be there. Ask the person you got him from if he is or isn't castrated.
Daisy is a true champ HM - I could do with of few of her genes up here I think!

More like someone left the electric fence off over night and Daisy took advantage.
