Hi we are looking to rent a smallholding or similar anywhere within an hours drive or so from Carlisle in Cumbria.
We are needing 3 - 4 bed house (anything considered) we have 5 horses and 5 dogs which are kenneled so need a bit of land (about 2 acres would be sufficient or more as 2 horses are just stabled and 2 are little ponies) and stables or we are willing to convert a building or build if possible.
Needed asap really as daughter is due to have her baby in may and would ideally need to get sorted with something before the birth although if after it would not be a problem,
Anything considered we are not afraid of hard work.
