Title: Weekend Charcuterie/Pigkeeping Courses

Weekend charcuterie/pigkeeping courses run by women for women, starting March 15th and 16th March. Thereafter one a month working with traditional breeds, Courses based in the Scottish borders. Mixed sex ones later in the year.

I'm not being off, but I genuinely can't read that webpage, the background is too dark so the text is illegible.  My computer has normal settings and I've not had that issue elsewhere.

Just out of curiosity, why single sex courses? Surely if it was advertised as "run by men, for men" there would be no end of complaints?   ??? ???

Hi Small plot, it was Rachels idea.  She feels its a usp, as the way she produces the cutting etc is women friendly. We have mixed courses later in the year as I felt we were cutting out a huge part of potential customers by aiming just at women.
