Seriously - goats will (generally) come into season every 17-21 days for about 1-3days on average. If she has been in season and doesn't come into season then I would take it she was pregnant. If she does come into season then she's not pregnant.

Could she just have eaten lots of hay and it's her rumen that's making her look fat?

Could the billy have gotten to her somehow - some manage it!!

Think there is a bit of confusion  :-\ If she is in season now she obviously isn't in Kid yet. most of ours are only in Season for the 1 day so when they start if we are kidding them they go straight to the Billy. 1 is only ever in for a few hours
Is your Nanny and the Billy CAE tested ?
