Title: egg box labels
Post by: lord flynn on January 07, 2014, 11:51:59 am
does anyone have any recommendations? I want to expand the egg side a little this year and would like to put labels on the egg boxes that advertise the website and the breeds I keep. My brief look last year led to either very expensive labels or cheap ones that wouldnt stick to egg boxes! Either to be printed at a printers or by us-we have a great printer and OH is pretty good at design.

that would be great, thanks-was it your own pic or the suppliers? most of the ones I've seen don't really portray the hens I have and that would be nice, although not so nice I want to pay through the nose for them :)

Ours are printed by us on plain paper, cut out and stuck onto the box using a prit stick. Works perfectly well they are just thrown away after all.

I only sell direct to the public, so I'm able to use 'ABLE LABELS'

We use Avery type 8 per sheet labels from Viking. Print them off in a laser printer using publisher. Nice and easy. We have a date stamp thingy for dates.
